Prices and Reservations

Prices are per room per night, including accommodation and breakfast.

Services included:
Overnight stay, breakfast, bed linens and towels, courtesy kit (shower gel and hand/face soap), hairdryer, Wi-Fi in the common area, equipped barbecue area (excluding dishes and firewood, available upon request for a fee), saltwater pool, and parking.

Supplements:

€30 Third adult bed (price per person per day in an extra bed)

€15 Children 4-10 years old (price per child per day in an extra bed)

Children 0-3 years old are free if they sleep in their parents' bed.

The room is considered confirmed only:

upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost (via bank transfer/postal transfer)

upon sending a booking confirmation email containing the details of your stay at our B&B.

The deposit must be sent within 3 days. After this deadline, the room will no longer be reserved.

On the day of arrival, check-in is from 4:00 PM
On the day of departure, check-out is by 10:30 AM
For organizational reasons, it is not possible to change the indicated times.

Upon arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document, in compliance with legal requirements.
